Sign up and create a profile for your business by choosing the service categories that best match your skills and licenses, and choose the locations in your area that you service. This will allow homeowners to easily find you when they are searching for a professional to do work on their home. They can add you to their team of professionals on The Village Ledger homeowners version. Then they can quickly reach out to you anytime they think of work that you can help them with.

Homeowners will send you job requests so that you have all the information and tools you need to assess what you will need to do to successfully complete their job. Use our easy to use proposal form to send them a plan of attack, including scope of work, price and scheduled date; feel free to attach a document with a more detailed proposal in addition if it is helpful or easier for you.

If the homeowner approves your proposal, we will collect your money and pay you when the job is complete. If your proposal is rejected, you will receive an alert as well, so that you can better manage your work flow and schedule.
